These screens are composite but I have an upcoming project where I'll be using metal ones. These are mounted on a wooden frame with 4x4 posts and 2x4 rails. We knew that the light might not work as well as we wanted, and it didn't, so we added a pearlescent plexiglass (from Tap Plastics) behind the panels to catch the light. Home Depot sells the thinner composite screen made by Modinex in a 3'x6', and you can get a thicker screen in the same design in a 48"x70" made by OutDeco.

Thank you so much for responding. Just today I found the screens from Modinex. I was surprised to see they were the composite type and not metal. I’ll check out the ones from OutDeco, though I’ve used the Modinex screens for other applications in the past and they’ve held up quite well. What type of lighting source did you use? I was planning on a linear LED strip across the top back side. Did you also illuminate from the bottom? Thanks for the tip regarding the plexiglass.

Just standard landscape uplights in the ground behind the screen.
