Polemonium reptans?

It's never bloomed. I just found it as I was mulching the area a few days ago, so maybe it's too young. I don't think the leaves look right. I can take a better picuture tomorrow, if that would help.

Some of the leaves look like they might be lobed, rather than directly attached to the stems. If that's the case it could be something else like Coreopsis?

Are the leaves succulent?

Not succulent, soft and sort of delicate. I just went out to get a piece and noticed that it seems to be spreading. I've attached a picture of that. There are two clumps and both have sent out runners. I didn't realize it at first because a floppy cornflower was in the way.. Some animal, probably deer, has been biting off the fronds. Could this be some kind of fern?

No. It is definitely not a fern.

Thank you all very much! Since it's never bloomed, I guess it won't come back after this winter.

The Ladybird Johnson wildflower site says it may bloom 2 to 3 years before dying, (though still technically an annual), so there's a chance it may overwinter and bloom next year. It looks like it would have bloomed but was mowed or cut back.
