We're having 1600 sf of tile installed starting tomorrow morning, so we need to make a decision on our lay pattern. The tile is an Italian porcelain that has the look of vein-cut stone. We're using 24"x24" squares in a soft grey color.

Our options are to lay it so the vein pattern is aligned in the same orientation, or with each tile rotated 90 degrees from the adjacent tiles.

Any opinions would be appreciated!
