A full-wall length, center-open drapery on a traverse rod with a drawstring on whichever side is most accessible/convenient to operate would be my suggestion. The width should be, obviously, centered on the window and wide enough to cover the electrical wall outlet. That will provide a nice backdrop around the bed when closed, but allow enough space for the stack on each side when the drapery is open, while hiding the electrical outlet/cord.

Love that . . . Especially hiding the cords.
