I need a lot of context to even begin to asnwer this . Where is your furniture what style do you like?Similar is not good enough we need pics of your space and ideally your stuff. So post the actual pics here in comments DO NOT start another post. BTW I prefer baseboards and floors to either match or all the trim in one color maybe white .

I'd keep them as is. It's a nice contrast.

The flooring should be different from the baseboards and the arrangement is correct for the house shown in the photos. Trends may change but that house will always look right with what it has now.
