I’m no good with curtains. I’ve avoided putting any up in our home for the last three years! We live in a remote area, so we don’t need them for privacy and the sun shining in isn’t a problem. But I feel it would make things look more finished and maybe soften the noise in the house. So, what should I do? I mainly want to focus on these four windows. They are all in the same space of the home. Three of the windows are the same size and one is smaller with a higher ledge. I feel like this would be easier if they were all the same. I was thinking maybe Roman shades, especially since two of the windows are right by our dining room table and drapes seem like they would easily get dirty. Our windows are also extra deep. And then I’m not sure on a color/ texture. Our walls are warm gray and our furnishings are black/ white with medium wood. Our floors are light wood. Maybe a gray/brown fabric? I just don’t know!
