Maybe a more interesting/fancier mirror and light fixture. Paint the door and trim a darker color. Perhaps the ceiling, as well (although painted ceilings are suppose to be out.) Add light with a large, light beige area rug. A green plant in the corner, or a small table, or add some bright towels in the existing holder on the floor.

Really hard to do much of anything with all of the patterned tile on the walls.

Breakup all of that tile by putting artwork on the walls.
