Professional large format tile installer in Columbus Ohio

Hi,

I am planning to install 24x48 tiles on my bathroom floor. I have read that this size tiles will crack over time if not installed properly. Does anyone in Columbus, Ohio installed these and its all good over several years? If so then can you please pass on the company that installed it?
