This is a great space because of the view. Putting the tv on the wall to dictate seating orientation diminishes that value. What can we do? I'd move the tv to the window 'wall'. Low, even on the floor to not interfere. Depends on your ottoman/table. The seating now faces both the view and the tv. Feels much better.

That dead corner can be a desk/office for work.

I have done this in situations almost exactly like yours Get some solar shades for those windows to help control heat and UV but keep the view since that placement steers all the furniture to the TV and the view.

Your tv will only draw 150 watts. You can power it will a minimalist extension cord. Internet is your programing source, cordless.

Yes I think the view needs to be the focus and since you need a TV too the best is to combine them so the focus does not need two differnt places.
