Backsplash for small white kitchen

Last year we completely redid our 1960s kitchen. I ended up with white shaker cabinets, an MSI quartz counter in Calacatta Arno, with shaved ice walls, white trim, and natural wood floors. We hover somewhere between modern and Scandinavian. Now it’s time to pick a backsplash. I don’t want to pull away from the counters, so I’ve picked a 2.75 x 11.5” matte white tile with some texture. Is that too much white? And if not, any thoughts on grout? I have sterling (top left), optics white (top right), and bright white (bottom) shown here.
