Yes, the whole family did it in Iceland. If it's like the one we were in, you go into a private room, and there is a large white plastic pod-like thing filled with warm salty water. You can choose music iirc, and whether you want any light therapy. You shower and go in the pod and close the door over your head. It is easy to just reach up and push it open if you get weirded out.
