I'd lose the matte black fans unless you just looooooooooooove dusting. Because you will see every speck of it.

Baths are private spaces. Plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinet hardware, need not match public spaces.

What is the feel you want in the bath? What is the vanity and the inspo? What is the shower floor, bath floor , shower walls etc

IMO ceiing fans should kind of disappear not stand out. Are all those tiles coimg in one space ? I like bathrooms to be a simple as possible both for cleaning and longevity. So i use 12 x24 porcelain tile onbathroom floors and shower walls the same color but smaller for shower floors and if you want an accent do a tiny one in the shower vertical srtip not centered and use that same tile for the backsplash. I would suggest you try walking on those pebbles in your bare feet.
