Half of the bathroom is bronze and half of the bathroom appears to be stainless steel. You can spray paint the stainless steel to match your bronze (be there, done that), if bronze is what you are after.

You could fit a small painting over the towel rack (rectangular one, not the circle one), but I don't think you need a tray on the countertop. You have enough going on, IMHO.

Was thinking of small tray to corral items cotton balls, etc when guests stay over. Would love to spray paint the chrome - what product did you use?
Do you think i should put a little glass sculpture or vase on counter if not a tray? If yes, what?

I love Rust-Oleum Antique Brass metalic. It would match the color of your tile surrounding your mosaic, rectangular towel rack, and rug on the floor. It would not be the same color as your black oil-rubbed faucet.

The faucet is not black - luckily same color as towel rack . Will look into rust- oleum.

AnnDuke - my amazon search continues- have found some glass sculptures- not sure whether clear or amber. Can anyone help narrow my search?

This is black on Amazon- however in black not oil rubbed bronze. Could this work? Or better suggestions would be most welcome.
