grow light for indoor pucks?

I have wiring for two indoor low voltage puck lights in a new build. No fixture has been connected to the wires. Can I use the low voltage wires for led plant grow light fixtures?

I’ve been researching online and still not confident in what to buy. Any guidance is appreciated!
