What color is the roof and what type of roof is it?

The whole house is concrete.

It reminds me of the houses on Virgin Islands. White with turquoise trim. Soft yellows or greens with white trim. Warm creams with slightly darker trim. Then you can go brighter in the yellows or greens with white trim too.

Change the railings too.

Paint it?! I love the watermelon pallet! Not that it would blend into my neighborhood but no idea where you are…

Yes - where are you? I see the palms so I know it’s a warm place. This house, to me, looks like a happy island house & bright colors would be appropriate. But, what are other home colors nearby? What are all the areas on the ground level inside the arches used for? I see huge pots of colorful flowers hanging in 2nd level arches & more standing huge pots in front of each of the first level pillars. Can you post more pics & provide more info?

You are right, happy island house :). The house is in Puerto Rico. The area inside is used as a car garage and the other half as a huge terrace.

You can see the portion used as a terrace and a part of the balcony.

Looks like garage floor & terrace has nice epoxy coating over concrete. If you buy this home, I’d just move in & think about things you might want to change after you get a good feel for what you like & don’t. First thing I’d do is get great furniture for the terraces on both levels & tons of colorful pots & flowers. It just needs some life added to it now.

I'd paint it, change those funky railings to something simple, then think about greenery. Do you use all your driveway? If not, think about removing some of it and planting something pretty. If you do, add some pots of plants or a vine. A bougainvillea, passionfruit or whatever (tropics aren't my department) up one of the sides and along the bottom of the balcony would do wonders.

I would get rid off red trim.
