The piping is more unslightly than the silicon plug.

Silicon is a very broad term. Who can guess which silicon was used.

After curing, file/sand the plug, it may become invisible.

It is perfectly safe the way it is just ugly. If you have the bricks you can pay a mason to cut out and replace those two bricks but of course you will pay a premium.

I dont have the bricks and Im not sure how closely they can match. How easy is it to replace just 1 or 2 bricks?

For me or anyone else with training and experience replacing a couple of bricks is easy as walking to the fridge for a pop. For some people the only than they find easy is making a mess. How easy is your job for people with no training or experience?

The problem is not replacing one or two bricks, any mason or even a good handyman can do that easily. The problem is finding someone who will do a good job who is willing to come over for just 1 or 2 bricks. I would call a mason or two who are active in your neighbourhood, let them know it's not an emergency, that you are willing to wait until they are nearby for similar jobs. If you can't find the same brick, you can always scavenge bricks from an inconspicuous spot and use similar bricks in that spot.

Depends upon how visible this is from the street. If it's a side yard where only the person mowing the grass will ever see it, I'd forget about it.
