Love my Bertazzoni 36" induction range.

I have a close family friend who purchased a 36" dual fuel Aga Elise over 2 years ago and loves it. She is a pretty serious amateur baker and home cook and really uses it in ways that I never will. We made and canned 60 quarts of marinara this summer over 1 crazy weekend. I have cooked on it several times and was impressed enough, that I just purchased the induction version of it. I have not used my induction range yet as it is not here yet. The Elise has a very similar look to the Ilve, but in my opinion a much better customer service/support network behind it.

Hate my Ilve too. Nothing but trouble since day 1. Has anyone had any success in getting a refund for their defective Ilve?

I am digging my new Janska. The savings was huge as well. 36in for under 2300, tax and delivery and the 4 year warranty. From HD. Waiting on counters and backsplash and more cabinet work. So pleased so far.
