Our home in SW Florida was built in 2006. The interior has been completely renovated and the exterior received new paint/roof a couple years ago.

There are a few design elements on the front that look quite dated. The circle trim pieces above the windows and front entry along with the tile sections to the left and four squares top left.

We have a bid to remove each of these trim pieces and recover with stucco. May actually just leave the tile as the jasmine vines are starting to cover it nicely.

I’d love to hire a design to plan out the updates, but they understandably don’t want small projects like this.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
