I think your best option is not mentioned in your list of two options. I see one kitchen with two dining areas and two sitting areas, which suggest some unique needs.

What does ”place the door outwards” mean?

Where it says Entrance - is this your front door? Where guests enter? Beside a pool?

Using either “dinning” (sic) room is going to require some kind of food/drink/tableware trolley to transport things from the kitchen. A looong hike. But maybe a house this size comes with household staff …

Given the swimming pool I take it the house will be in a hot climate, which means there's probably not much call for coats, but a closet near your entry is always useful.

Maybe consider closing in the area around the external pillars in some way to create more of a sense of entry and create the privacy you speak of and a closet space. This will also give your outdoor seating area a bit more privacy and enclosure.

One is a daily living area (which is on the right) and one is a formal ball room for hosting guests. The door entrance that im considering amending is the one on the right. What i mean is placing the door aligned with the outer columns near to the pool thus creating an enclosed foyer and adding a partition to add some privacy.

Still very confusing. Maybe more so after your last post.
