Help: 35 sqft Primary Bath

Renovating our primary bath. 1880 home was not built for 2024 living! Looking for compact, smart storage and functional solutions to keeping the current footprint. Considering replacing current neo angle shower with curbless- which sounds like entire room would need to be wet room rated. Would like a wall Mount toilet with swing arm heated towel bar above. Thinking of covering the vanity to vanity/linen cabinet and raising height of counter. Add medicine cabinet for more storage. Any other suggestions, glaring problems with the proposed ideas or things I should consider?
