The only thing that your house needs is a paint job which is relativley inexpensive. I would paint all the brown trim and boxes a light grey. Paint the beige stucco and red brick a clean crisp white for a fresh and modern look. Replace the door with a black farmhouse style door. I would replace the walkway with grey bluestone or an imitation bluestone if you are looking for something more budget friendly. I would also add shutters that are painted in the same grey color as the trim.

I would not pain the brick, just lime washing. It goes good with your roof. I would replace the front door and light.
