My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are considering purchasing Tecsun Vinyl Plank flooring for our entire house. I am seeing different reviews out there mostly around poor customer service and not honoring the warranty. Has anyone used this product and if so, what has your experience been?
