I recently bought this. it's not yet been installed. Sub Zero dealers can only sell to you if you are within their territory. I'm in the Philly suburbs and luckily 2 appliance stores had this model in stock so no waiting needed.

The fully integrated models are not exactly new. I had the predecessor to the current integrated models, and I think it was installed around 2006-7 in a previous house, and I know that it is still in use. It was a 27" wide model which they no longer make (they make 24" 30" and 36" in this configuration, but the 24" looks like a column, the freezer drawers are internal)

I am taking delivery on at 30" over-under integrated model this week. This was ordered in February 2023 and came in the first week of December, and the Certified Installer did not have a date that worked for me until this week. So 10 months + 1 month for installation.
