Design Dilemma Laundry Room Flooring

Hello! Two things:

I need help choosing a light for my pantry/laundry room (really like modern farmhouse, chic farmhouse; black, wood and distressed white colors). It must be a semi flush mount or flush mount. Budget: Under $130
Stain color for pine stair treads to compliment Coretec Cairo Oak LVP Floors.

Stairs don’t have treads on them yet. They’re currently in a workshop. LOL Vintage runner and construction dust currently.

Try Bona natural seal, Loba Invisible, Bergen Seidle Aquachoice Natural white or Ciranova Ecofix on the pine treads. Loba Invisble will be most economical choice. One finish from start to finish.

I would choose the darkest color from the floors for the stairs. I will say though i never like food stored where I do laundry . Do pot lights LED 4" 4000K bulbs no need for fancy light fixture at all. The space looks really narrow how wide is it
