What is the source for the bottom-up shades?

I am looking for shades that are bottom-up only (so that mounting bat is at the bottom) and these appear to be like that. Please share where they were purchased.

    I hate to disappoint but the shades are the typical dual operation of top down and bottom up that all major blind manufacturers have in their catalogs.

    Agree with the above; these shades are top down and bottom up and pretty easy to find from most major blind manufacturers or local blind installers. They can have a bottom-up look like in this picture, but it's not mounted on the bottom.
