The first step is to make sure the new one will fit where the old one was . Often that is a big hassle. I love My KItchen aid double wall oven but if it dies I will need to redo the front of the cabinets to house any new one.

I really like GE appliances. I think the GE equivalent to WOLF is probably GE Monogram

Miele is more the equivalent to Wolf. I love my Miele double ovens. Upper oven is a Combi Steam, the lower is convection.

A Miele CSO is many times the most used.

Have you considered simply replacing it with a new Wolf model in the same size?

The sale price on this GE Profile side opening double oven is fantastic. GE Profile is the same as Cafe, but different styling and a bit less software (internet recipes, no big deal.) I have a GE Profile oven, still very happy with it after 3 years. I considered more expensive brands, glad I saved the money. The Profile is the best baker I've ever owned, & does all else well. The bells & whistles are useful to me too.
