I’m looking for advice for painting the interior front door. We have an open concept and just repainted entry, living room and stairway SW Misty as we do not have a lot of natural light. I’m trying to merge a coastal and farmhouse style (which I know are not real terms from reading all the previous discussions here).
I’m considering painting the front door black and then matching the base of the island in the kitchen black and eventually changing the lighting to black to pull the colours together.
I’m then left with the problem of the spindles, they were never painted, should they match the door or be painted the same colour as the trim?
