Finish kitchen walls

Finally, I have time to finish my kitchen:), it’s been a while and material I want to use has been discontinued. I was able to locate 2 slabs at one of the local fabricators, now thinking how to utilise it and fit what I have left in a single slab so I don’t waste money at 2 slabs and most of it will go to waste.
Here’s what I want to do…

  1. Wall on the left of the oven (see picture), top to bottom (same material as all existing backsplash)

  2. Wall above the cooktop, bottom half is already done, need to finish the top portion. There will be almost enough material from the same slab but I need to transition somehow between bottom and top.
Also, the exost pipe from the vent will be removed, so it will be straight wall going up.

Designers, please give me some ideas for transition piece, tile, metal, etc. I need links to materials please. It should be about 4-6 inches stripe or more. I hope I explained it clear, any questions welcome. The piece that I left white on the markup above the cooktop, is the one I need to finish.
