Cellular shades on both windows and doors, or one set of drapes to cover both.

Solar shaedes in a dark color will keep the sun out but allow you to see the deer . They are affordable I usually get mine from Steves blinds , great prices good service. The darker the shade to better the view so i usually use either charcoal or bronzed depending on your decor . I would also put them on the side windows since privacy is not an issue you do not need anything else if you don't want it.

I have powered solar shades in my bedroom covering my sliders to the patio. They are down at night, but as soon as I wake up, I sit in my bed and use the remote control to raise the shades so as to enjoy the beautiful scene outside.

I would hang an outdoor sun shade above the doors that can be controlled with a remote.

Wow..some wonderful suggestions…solar shades with a remote sound great…so do cellular shades…the idea of an outdoor shade is a clever idea, but that would not be practical. we had a shade installed on our deck and paid a lot ..so i would have to have a matching shade here and that is too expensive.
