What capacity are the "deep cycle" batteries

You don't have enough panels or batteries Boris, not even close. Your A/C will use nearly 3000 watts per hour of run time. With the A/C only running 25% of a time you would need 18000 watts of battery storage just to make it a day. Each battery will store 1200 watts so you'll need 12 to 15 deep cycle 105Amphour batteries fully charged to run a day.

The A/C needs to keep running AND charge the batteries when the sun ain't shining so you'd need about ten 300 watt solar panels to barely make it a day. You're looking at $5,000 not including a proper inverter with associated hardware.

Cheapest and probably the most reliable option is to pay the $100/mo during air-conditioning season and forget the ’renewables’. If grid power is unreliable, get a backup generator.
