My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The flooring is handmade 3'x3' terrazzo tile from Concrete Collaborative. It's an investment, but well worth it. Definitely the most commented on feature of our home. Make sure you allow for lots of lead time on delivery and have a highly experienced tile installer put in it.
