I know you’ll get plenty of suggestions for neutral rugs and/or the same 10 rugs always posted from Rugs Direct, but I see some lovely traditional and classic in your collage. I’m going to suggest something that has a more collected and heirloom look.

(I’m picturing beautiful pillows to add to the room, too.)

What is your budget? Would you rather stick with a more modern style rug? Are there any other rugs nearby? Are you planning curtains? More context would definitely help to narrow it down.

ETA: I have two olive velvet sofas on a vintage Oriental rug with lots of red, blue, green, peach, etc … in a room with an eclectic mix of styles and a more modern rug nearby.
