You have some very pretty items and I like the way the blue in the painting works with the glass of the lamp bases. I tend to be a ”nothing in the center” arranger so while I do like the lamp symmety I might choose just the coral on one side and the mounted seashells on the other. Maybe rotate stored decor items ( a couple of the lovely boxes) when you are ready for change.

Three but with the boxes from number one no swans. Lovely!

I like 3 or 5, and as I look again, I am strongly drawn to 5. I would be ok with 1 but not with the top box. I really don’t care much for vignettes that block the artwork although I have seen some in bedroom settings that do not bother me (with lamp placement for example).

I think you could go with fewer items. i would try a lamp on either side and then an item beside one of the lamps. See how that looks.

I would choose any of the arrangements that don't have something smack dab in the center between the lamps. Pretty things you have to choose from and the lamps are perfect!

Painting by itself looks gret.

The lamps are too small. #3 grouped boxes but lose the lamps.

#2, but the lamps are off. try pushing them to either side of the painting, but they might need to be bigger.

I have no preference because each photo I looked at, I liked a lot. The only thing was some seemed a tad too staged if that makes sense.

You have lovely things and that painting is gorgeous.

I think if I had to give an opinion, I would elminate 1 and 2.

I think the lamps look too small. I really like the blue glass base though. I wonder if replacing the shades with a shade with a wider top would give them a little more heft and provide balance to the painting.

The most interesting items to me are the calligraphy brush and the two textured boxes.

I think the lamps need a bigger base. Maybe just try some lamps you have around the house and see if you agree? The credenza is large and heavy, the lamps are very delicate.

I didn't say it at first 'cause we were not asked to vote on that and I know how annoying project creep is, but since it has been said ..

The art is wonderful, flank it with slightly larger lamps. Technically the credenza is used to store items and as a surface to place food, dishes, etc while entertaining/dining, so you want to keep the surface clear.

Stopped by my fav antique/ decor shop today and thought of you when I spotted this arrangement. Not in love with any particulars, especially not the lamps shades, but the arrangement is appealing, I thought.

I actually like them all, maybe just have it one way until you get tired of it then change it to one of the different styles. I say just change it up from time to time.

I voted for #5 because I like the darker boxes and accents with the extra turquoise thing. I do like the turquoise base of the lamps a lot too (just the right amount of color connecting to the art). I'm curious how larger lamps would look, but it might be hard to find the right larger base that still connects like your current lamps do. Overall very pretty arrangements.

I like the lamps. They have a classy look to them...they carry some age....

Another vote for no boxes. You don't need more brown.

Using #1, remove the boxes, and place the other 4 items on the tray and add the brush that is in #5.

Not sure I would end up keeping the tray, but would like to see. If not, maybe a large book instead of the tray. Or even a simple, not thick, woven tray (for texture) or placemat.
