A picture of the entire house would help. What are you thinking? What is your definition of "on a budget"? DIY or hiring our? Changing windows? Storm door? Front door? But start with getting rid of the rocks and thinking about some landscaping.

All of the above? Removing the rocks and cleaning the concrete walk, foundation and brick to start will help to see what you have to work with.

Clean up the yard and wash the siding and the bricks. , remove all those rocks and plant plants . Paint any of the siding a better color , DO NOT paint the bricks clean the windows so they sparkle get a new front door get rid of the screen door so the new door shows . If you wnt a screen get aphantom screen and the new front door should be a steel door if waether is the reason for the storm door, All of these are budget friendly ideas . All yards look a bit sad in the winter but spring is just around the corner .Planting beds along the walkway , or even big pots filled with seasonal plants , I do a winter decor with my big pots with greenery , some battery lights anything to perk up the entry

Remove rocks, pressure wash sidewalks, clean brick. Then replace the missing screen on the front window. The tree's lower branches and the shrub's branches could be lightly pruned at the right time of year for your area. When spring comes, add fertilizer to the lawn.

This house has been neglected for some time. As mentioned above, you have to expend a great deal of elbow grease to even get to the beginning.

The total house needs a thorough washing starting with the roof. All the walkways need to be pressure washed. Take out all that stone and then let's see what you're dealing with.

Can you show more of the house? All of the front in one photo, close-ups of porch area, front door, and beds.

Are the sides and back brick, siding, or both?

Are there awnings over the windows?

If you’re keeping the metal columns, I’d paint them whatever trim color you decide. Otherwise look into replacing with wood columns (sell or give away the metal ones, they’re popular for projects).

For landscaping advice, we’d need to know what area of the country you’re in, a better idea of budget and planting experience, and close-up photos. The tree definitely needs trimming up.

The porch could be more welcoming and inviting with seating (chairs or bench), potted plants, maybe a table. There are usually good deals on seating sets — two chairs and table. I don’t know your style to be more specific … if it was me, I’d go retro with porch furniture, new or look for vintage.

Also — did you just move in, or have lived there a while, or are planning to sell? More context would be helpful. :)

Lawns that die back always look so sad in the winter! But having the house the same color as the dead lawn really doesnt flatter your home. Not real budget friendly unkess you can DIY, but I would paint that house in a heartbeat. Has the brick already been painted? There are products designed specifically for brick. I would get on a paint company website and use their paint visualizer to try some colors.

I am embarrassed to post this...my skills (?) with paint visualizers is very rudimentary (read bad!) but I wanted to see what some color would look like on your home.
