decorative window open from outside

I have a very small, one story house that is a typical box shape with a standard roof. I need to do my roof this summer and want to put a faux gable on part of it to give it some character. In the gable, I would like to put a nice oval or decorative window. I need it to open from the outside so I can wash it once or twice a year. There will be no access from the inside and I am fussy about pretty but dirty windows. Any suggestions?

I am not really aware of anything of the sort being a readily available unit. Probably custom could be done. I would find a quality window showroom and see what they have to offer.
