Yes from the left side where the car is parked. That big driveway you see at the bottom of picture is neighbors driveway.

My experience is that most landscaping apps are bad. It's very hard to get scale right. Most are good enough not to make a tulip bigger than an oak tree, but if your scale is off, it's easy to produce a lovely result that can't be done in real life. Further, apps tend to have only the most popular shrubs, ie boring and generic shrubs. The other thing they do is show plants in bloom. The easiest plants are shrubs or perennials which will bloom for a few weeks. A spring bloomer is not going to be in bloom at the same time as a fall bloomer. In the app, they will.

Could you show us a close-up photo of the big bushes? I wonder if they could be pruned rather than removed.

I wish I could but that is a house my son just bought and we don’t have possession yet. Pruning might be an answer.

I'm assuming the shrubs are yews, but you'd want to ID them. You can always do things slowly: prune, replace one or two, etc. You can transplant them if you have a need for more greenery elsewhere. We moved some yews to be against a bare bit of our neighbor's ugly fence in the back yard.
