Thanks for the suggestions! The Pietra di Ostuni matches best what we're looking for with tumbled edges, etc. The lead time would be an issue but it's the best match so far

I've googled etc, and we don't want straight edge tiles. We're in So. Cal so will try to source locally

We went with a ceramic tile with straight edge in the end .
See pic below, just installed.
We really like it however it doesn't have tumbled edge that we originally wanted.

Chiseled edge stuff is so 2000’s Tuscan. And it fell out of favor for multiple functional reasons. Chiefly, it is impossible to really clean without a hands and knees scrubbing session.

It's a very beautiful look!

I just got some from Daltile that are of a similar look and it does come in a gray. They had many others that were like your photo and they’ll send you samples if you don’t have a showroom nearby.
