I had an 8 year old Sub Zero that always dropped ice when you pulled out the ice drawer. I complained and they agreed to give me the new model with a credit. The new one has the same issue. It overfills the ice bucket on a low ice setting. And when you pull the drawer the ice falls on the back of the fridge. There seems to be no fix. I don’t see other online complaints about the issue.

Anyone experience the same? For a high end frigde I don’t see why they can’t make a normal ice maker.
