My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Oh no! Another one!

The NYT is beta testing yet another word game, called Strands. You have to find the wordes related to the daily theme. You cannot reuse letters. With all these puzzles, its going to be noon before I start the day.

      I did use a hint (finally) because although I figured out the intent I wasn't sure how the words would be organized. As soon as I got my hint I finished it quickly.,

      I just got it! I read @Rusty comment & went back to puzzle to look at spanagram then looked at the words & I had a lightbulb moment! Well, maybe my 4th lightbulb moment since I used 3 lightbulbs to complete the dang puzzle. Anyway, I absolutely see the connection of the spanagram to the words & then to the title. However, that’s not much help when working the puzzle.

      Today's was very easy for me, but yesterday I did not figure out the spangram until I had solved a few words. The title of the puzzle yesterday really did not make me think of the spangram, but it was very easy to solve a bunch of the words, and so I didn't look for it at first.

      This is a technical issue. I put in the word in the upper right corner right away. It went into the hint pile. I knew it had to be a word so a couple of words later I did it again and it said already found. Those letters were left at the end and so didn't have a choice and this time I it got highlighted.
