My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is from Fine Art Lamps. Unfortunately, they are no longer manufacturing this particular piece as I have tried to use it for other clients in the past and it is no longer available. However, they have a very unique collection that is worth looking at.
