Framing house Lumber

Is there any lumber yard who provides lumber finance with 0% intrest for 24 months for house framing?

Do you have any collateral? Wood only, possible, labor no.

Is anyone out there, for only Lumber. Maybe 50% initial payment and rest in installments

Are you asking about the lumber package (materials) or asking about a framed structure (materials and labor to erect)?

There are plenty of places that will let you make payments on lumber such as Lowe’s and Home Depot. However, you are typically then dealing with a limited service lumber yard and most builders want a business facing lumber yard.

There are likely much better ways to accomplish what you are trying to achieve than finding a lumber yard that has 0% interest. First, you are limiting yourself to public facing lumber yards like Lowe's, Menards, and Home Depot. You will likely save money going with a full service lumber yard that caters to business customers. They will also provide services that will save both time and money over the big box lumber yards.

If you have good credit there really is no reason to limit yourself to lumber yards with zero percent interest. Just put the lumber package on a credit card that has a zero percent intro offer or move it to a zero percent on balance transfers card.

I believe that home depot has a program that will give you up to 25 k with payments if you spend the money there. Basically in store credit account. Contact the pro desk for more details

I would question if you should start a build if you cannot even pay for the framing?..or perhaps pursue a loan for the whole build?
