Beautiful mirror. I would move it to the right to clear the ac unit. Doesn’t matter if it’s not centered; asymmetry can be interesting. Functionally, the ac will not be blocked; plus, the mirror will be closer to the window, and will reflect the light from the window even more.

Yes. And if you put a plant in front of the window some of it would possibly be reflected in the mirror, plus it will draw the eye to the right side/ to the window. Balances out the asymmetry.

Are you leaning it or are you going to hang it?

I don't think that is a great spot for that mirror, specially when shifted closer to the window.

Angling it to reflect a plant and the window seems more interesting. The view of the hall as you walk towards it doesn't get my positive response.
