Difference between a plain DLC7, no other wording on front and DLC SuperPro is the motor wattage-my SuperPro bottom rating label reads 6 amps whiich equates to 720 watts(volts X amps=watts) some plain DLC7 may be rated 560 watts, I believe those labelled C.ustom or Professional are newer models, check bottom rating plate for wattages. I don't know if there is any appreciable diference in performance, at least I have not read of any complaints. Buying on ebay you need to be careful of packing for shipping - must be padded, wrapped and in a box within a box, loose in a sea of plastic peanuts will likely result in fatal shipping damage as I have experienced. The current 14 cup Cuisinart is still America's Test Kitchen best value pick, it looks very similar to the DLC7's but with stainless steel wrapped sides. DLC7 optional disks fit it and might be the easiest way to purchase along with a warranty. Two other Food Processoer complete disc set and whisk options in a box would be the Breville Sous Chefs and Magimix 3200, 4200, 5200 XL models but these options are much more expensive than a new Cuisinart 14 cup and buying any optional discs from Ebay.
