Does this table go with my kitchen?

Hi everyone, im new here and actually also new to decorating my home as well so id love some help from the experts!

2 pictures of what the kitchen and dining area look like and one picture of the materials so you can get an idea of what it will look like eventually. and a picture of the table i want to buy, it is expandable so we would probably just leave it as a 4-6 person table most of the time.

A couple of questions -

1) does the table i chose go with my kitchen? the cabinets will be brown as in the picture, counters, island and full backsplash in the white quartz.

2) what type of pendant lights would you recommend? my style is modern/farmhouse/beachy according to houzz and i actually couldnt agree more. the kitchen is visible from the living room as well, and id also like to hang a pendant or chandelier there. thoughts on matching vs coordinating?

3) thoughts on the flooring i chose with the cabinets and table?

I guess I am not really understanding what you have now and what you are changing.

Modern/farmhouse/beachy sounds like you just read the titles off decorating magazines in the grocery store. What farmhouse anywhere is located on the beach? Find things that you like. Quit trying to shoehorn things into some made up style.

What is the table made of? can't see any detail in the staged pic. Despite its color and apparent texture, the table is neither beachy nor farmhouse, it's very contemporary and may not vibe your shaker cabinets IMO. You might love it though!

I like your floors and cabinets together.

The table does not feel farmhouse - beachy. It feels sort of industrial glam and a bit harsh. I can't see it in your space. Though I don't love the stages round table in the second pic posted, it makes sense to me that they added something there that has texture and a bit of movement to it.

It’s hard to connect what is going to be there with what’s there now - I would wait on tables, pendants etc until the new surfaces are installed and then decide. Otherwise it’s easy to go in circles and that’s exhausting/overwhelming

Thanks everyone. the house is not finished yet but we will want some things there before we move in so im just trying to plan ahead. also not really trying to go with a theme of farmhouse or beachy but moreso trying to explain my taste :) i dont read magazine covers either, but maybe I should start so i can get some ideas 😆
