Both should do well there and will look good. Maybe the sky pencil with its dark green color will pop better against the beige building in the back ground. Blue arrow juniper has a bit of blue/grey tinge. Also the BAJ will grow taller than the Sky pencil holly. While both are typically left alone by deer- the Juniper will offer better deer resistance. One more thing to consider is berries. Sky pencil will not have berries unless you have a suitable mail planted near by. That has an effect on how much wild life and birds it will support. The juniper on the other scores hands down there. Birds love the juniper and its berries. I have a very tall sky pencil and it has stayed dense and dark green and looks spectacular- I do though struggle because it’s in a high wind place and when there is wet snow- it splays. In summary- the main thing for you to consider which color you like better. If you like both- perhaps go with the Juniper
