Help! Uneven window openings

Hi all, I have been wrestling with this problem and could use some advice. I have two unequal wall openings right next to each other, separated by a structural pole that cannot be moved. I am trying to figure out what to do with my window sizes. See attached for photo with the window space outlined in duct tape. The rest of the house has 6-lite casement windows and I would like to stay consistent with that.

Of note this is where my kitchen dining table is going to go. Based on the other layout considerations in the kitchen, it will be off-center on this window wall, to the right.

At the left is a wall. Then there are 96 inches, then a 3.5 inch structural pole. Then there are 108 more inches, and then another 3.5 inch structural pole, and then a door that is 30 inches wide. The structural pole that is next do the door could be moved slightly to the left if needed. (But not a great distance for structural reasons.)

The options I am considering are either:

(1) 3 32-inch windows on the left of the pole and 3 36-inches windows on the right of the pole. This would maximize our view and light, but I fear it will look wonky. However, the duct tape rendering shown in the photo shows this option and I can't say it looks terrible to me. Maybe the structural pole separating the two areas means it could work ok?

(2) 3 32-inch windows on either side of the pole. Move the structural pole over to the left and then widen the door by 6 inches and move it over to the left as well. This would involve sheetrocking about 6 inches on the right side of the door closer to the wall. The downside is that it would shrink the available space for our dining table when it is extended.

(3) Close in about 20 inches on the left side to put some sort of storage chest, then put in two 36-inch windows on the left of the pole and three 36-inch windows on the right side.

(4) I supposed I could put picture windows here that don't open, since I doubt we will want to open the windows right behind where we are eating, but it seems like it would be nice to be able to open at least one window on either end.

(5) Wondering if there is a way to do something that looks purposeful with varying window sizes, such as put 4 24-inch windows on the left, and on the right do two 24-inch windows flanking one 60-inch window. However, the right window opening is centered on neither our dining table nor the room, so I am not sure that is going to look better.

I also don't know how window treatments will play into any of this and whether they will emphasize uneven window sizes or there is a way to camouflage the problem that way. There is a very sloped ceiling above the windows that ends right where the windows end.

Would greatly appreciate any thoughts. Thank you!
