Changing Bathroom Layout?

I am currently planning a remodel of my master bathroom and would love some advice. I created a rough design of the current layout next to what I am thinking about doing. First I have to say that we love our house and the lot. We renovated our kitchen and the rest of the main floor and waited until we had money saved to do the bathroom. Unfortunately we are stuck with the dimensions and cannot make it bigger
without making our closet smaller, which I do not want to do since it is already fairly small.

Years ago a designer came to our house and said that the wet room (toilet and shower in the same room) was an outdated concept. She mentioned putting the shower in the main part of the bathroom. However, I still like the toilet being separated from the rest of the room for privacy.

That leads me to what I want to do. I want to put the toilet where the current shower is, then move the shower to another wall. I want the shower to be the focal point when you walk in and envision using the Cloe tile for the shower wall.

The shower dimensions will stay the same (30”x 60”) so I’m not worried about it being too small. I realize the walkway to the toilet will also small, but the current door opening is 24” anyway.
