What specifically is it that you need help with?

Thank you for your great question. Just moved into the house I am feeling like i have too many pieces and don't know how to fit everything in to the living room and dining room we have the two large wall units…. 1. i don’t know where to place them as a starting point …… together in an L on one wall or separate…maybe one in dining area then where to place the hutch. then where to put the sofa, in front of window or on the long wall and all of the chairs 2 large and the two small…currently in the corners of the dining room

This is so much easier when you turn the phone sideways to take a photo.

For starters I'd switch the position of the two end tables. To my eye, the larger space would be better position on the RH side. See layout drawn below.

I'd also position the matching gray/green lounge chair in place of the gold chair so that it reads as part of the conversation grouping.

The green lines indicate locations for art or framed wall decor.

You can't keep ALL the bookcase in there. Measure and rearrange FIRST
