A 200K remodel? Why not buy the bigger house?

Hey- good idea- we’ve thought of that! We’d have to spend that much or much more to get what we’re looking for in this area. We like our location and don’t want a new mortgage with rates the way they are. We have a great yard and privacy and convenience and anything we’ve seen on the market - which lasts a day around here- would need work as well. We will enjoy it and get plenty of value back in our location. Thanks for the idea though.
Any comments on the plans?

Well if you want help here we need to scale drawings of the space done on graph paper for ease all measurements, and windows clearly marked Doorways marked and where thye lead all posted here i jpeg format in a comment DO NOT start another post .BTW I love renovating a house to work for my clients or myself.
