No..leave it. the condition is good but Its an older kitchen. A new owner will likely make changes. Its got an interesting 80s vibe for the time being. all is well.

the green counters are great..if you can lean into a splash of purple..... towels/ floor mats/ countertop stuff/ a bowl...it makes the green come alive and people like that ...so a few things that dont cost much...maybe different hardware [ softer shape is the idea].....

I love your current countertops, and would concider quartz to be a downgrade. If anything, I would change out the backsplash to something a little warmer - possibly in the lightest green in your granite.

Your kitchen looks clean and well-kept - I wouldn't tear out the countertops before selling. Most folks will appreciate being able to move in/live with a functional kitchen while they decide what they want to do long-term (which for me would be eliminating the angled island!).

Great kitchen, ready for resale. The counters are the most elegant part. The backsplash is dated, and if you’re a DIY type, I would replace that — and nothing else.

I agree - change the backsplash if you have the skills to DIY it - the countertop looks fine but the backsplash looks dated + not a great selection originally for the countertop.
